Astronaut Club

Rylan got a phone call tonight. It was a girl in his class. She wanted to ask him if he wanted to be in the astronaut club. Apparently this club is meeting at recess tomorrow. Another member will be bringing a Lego model of Saturn and a book about space. Rylan will now be bringing his glow-in-the-dark book about the planets as well. He even invited his sister to join the club at recess tomorrow. (She declined)


I wonder if the 'astronaut club' will meet regularly? Will they build an inter-galactic clubhouse? Will they have a fund raiser to go on a field trip to the moon?



Interestingly enough…Rylan just made today a rocket out of a Lysol wipes container and one out of a water bottle. His stuffed animals have been blasting off in them all evening.
